Carly's place is very much recommended. The quality of the home and everything in it was top notch. I would put the same things in my home and was impressed that they would put such quality items in a rental home. From the beds to the sofas and chairs..it was high quality. We appreciate that they had everything we needed including volleyball, frisbees, etc. When we arrived, everything was sparkling clean and the home smelled great. The whole family enjoyed the game room, backyard amenities, the large dining tables to gather, and the spaciousness of the home. Although there are no street lights(maybe due to being a new community), it's proximity to a gas station, downtown, antelope, and horseshoe bend, is a big plus. Carly communicated well before and during our stay. The trip was stress-free, luxurious, and memorable. Ive stayed over 50 airbnbs and this should be the standard that everyone should set. We will definitely be back!

This home was a beautiful place to stay. Every bedroom was nice and felt comfortable. The kitchen was great to cook in with a lot of counter space. The game room was fun, the kids enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. I enjoyed the massage chair in the game room.
The hot tub and sauna were great as well. I would deffinetly recommend staying in this home if you are in the area!

Had such a great stay at The Powell Haven. The place felt brand new, and they had every amenity and anything you needed. They provide every kitchen appliance and even provide creamer for your coffee. Laundry soap is also provided to do laundry. The place was very clean and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub were an excellent addition that we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. We didn't have enough time to use the entertainment room or the other outdoor amenities, but they looked incredible. Definitely will be returning and the hosts were great.

AMAZING!! The Powell Haven is the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in! Carly has thought of every little detail to make this place feel like you are being spoiled! I was looking for a place that if I had to stay there and not go anywhere (due to weather) my family and I would still have a great time and The Powell Haven didn’t disappoint. My husband loved that he could continue his daily workout and weight lifting routine without having to leave the house, my girls enjoyed the arcade games and ping pong table and we all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals at Carly’s place and had everything we needed to do so. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets and pillows were soft and inviting. The Powell Haven “has it all” and is truly a relaxing place to stay. Carly and her cleaner were kind, nice and responded quickly when I had questions. We hope to be able to come back to again. We miss it already!

We had an amazing stay! So much fun at the house and we didn’t even get to use the outdoors too much due to weather. Carly was super responsive the house is incredible and we were all (family w kids) so comfortable! We hope to return sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Our kids had a blast—there were plenty of things to keep them entertained. The location was perfect: close enough to town for convenience, but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host and great place. It looks like it's a brand new construction. everything was nice and neat. very close to Antelope canyon and horseshoe band. Host was very friendly and responsive.
